Monate Game Lodge Directors or Personnel shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage to any person. Or property arising from any cause whatsoever including without limitations thereof, the negligence of any of the above persons or the intentional acts of any agents, employees, and appointees. Monate Game Lodge Directors of Personnel shall not be deemed to be warranted the safety of any person. Or property (movable or immovable) in Monate Game Lodge.

• All firearms must be checked in with the Lodge Manager
• No game drives or game viewing with private vehicles
• No driving around with private vehicles
• All game drives will be structured, and no special time frames will be allowed. No in/out climbing of the vehicle while on the game drive.
• No driving around with any private vehicle on the premises after closing of Lodge or Venue.
• No hiking without prior approval of management or guide (various wild animals)
• No own alcohol to be brought into the Ranch or any of the Ranch surrounding. You are only allowed to make use of the Bar situated at the Main Venue.
• No guests are allowed to give any staff member any Alcoholic beverage.
• All children under 16 are to be accompanied by pa parent/guardian.
• Swimming is at own risk.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY PERSON NOT ADHERING TO ANY OF THESE RULES FROM THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY.

I (full name & surname) hereby indemnify Monate Game Lodge of any injuries that may occur and that I make use of all the facilities or activities at my own risk.
